About this place
A favourite at Eiraku, miso gyoza noodles combine miso ramen with dumplings. A visitor’s account describes a mildly flavoured miso broth that is not too oily, paired with medium-thick, curly noodles. After a few bites, three dumplings emerge from the bowl. Their filling is generously seasoned with garlic and has a little heat. It’s a distinctive Eiraku combination, and a good choice for anyone drawn to noodles and dumplings in the same bowl.
There are noodles to suit different tastes, too. Choose ramen for a lighter soy sauce broth, or go for tanmen or gomoku soba for a salt-seasoned bowl with plenty of vegetables. The listed prices are 500 yen for ramen, 600 yen for tanmen and 700 yen for gomoku soba. Moyashi soba, made with a thickened soy sauce broth, is 550 yen. Together, they offer approachable options for lunch.
For something other than noodles, there is a half gyoza rice bowl, with three dumplings served over a half portion of rice. It offers a different way to enjoy gyoza as a topping with rice. The restaurant suits solo diners and offers dine-in service with table service. Payment is cash only, so remember to bring some.
